Does your hotel allow pets? No pets allowed.
Does your hotel allow smoking? All guest rooms are non smoking; you may not smoke in the room or on the balcony. This policy is strictly enforced. Your room rate will increase by $100 per night if you smoke in the room or on the balcony. You may smoke on our oceanfront deck or at the pool.
Do you have an elevator? Yes. Two elevators service ground to 7th floor.

How close is your hotel to the beach and the boardwalk? Park Place Hotel is located on the boardwalk overlooking the beach and ocean.
What is your deposit policy? A deposit will be charged at the time of booking, totaling the first night room and tax.
What methods of payment do you accept? Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Cash, an additional $50 incidental hold is placed on each card at the time of check in, and released upon check out provided there are no damages, incidentals, or evictions.
What is your cancellation policy? If a reservation is cancelled at least 5 days before the arrival date you will receive a full refund of your advance deposit(if booking directly with the hotel), less a $10 processing fee. If you cancel within the 5-day arrival window, you will lose 100% of the advance deposit.
Can I stay at your property if I am 18 years old? You must me at least 21 years old to rent a room.
Do you have a pool onsite? Yes, we have two outdoor pools and large sun deck (May - September, weather permitting)
Please note that a surcharge of $21.20 (includes taxes) per night per room will be added to all reservations from May 26th through October 1st, 2023. Outside of these dates the fee is only $5.29 per night/per room.
