What time is Check In and Check Out? Check In: 4:00 PM and Check Out: 11:00 AM. If you arrive early we can give you parking passes, access to our changing room and set up a text alert. If your room becomes ready prior to 4:00 PM, you will be notified and we can check you in early. Late checkouts are subject to availability on your departure date.
How many parking spaces do I receive? 2 parking spaces available at check in. There is nearby free street parking for additional vehicles.

Does your hotel allow smoking? Our hotel is 100% Non-Smoking, those guests whom are caught smoking in the hotel room will be assessed a $250.00 smoking fee.

What is your deposit policy? A deposit will be charged at the time of booking, totaling the first night room and tax. (Please note, if booking a promotional rate, please refer to the deposit requirements for that rate, as they may be different)
What methods of payment do you accept? Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Cash. If paying with cash there is a $150.00 Security Deposit. The security deposit will be refundable upon checkout, provided there are no damages, incidentals, or evictions.
What is your cancellation policy? If a reservation is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date you will receive a full refund of your advance deposit. If you cancel within the 7-day arrival window, you will lose 100% of the advance deposit. (Please note, if booking a promotional rate, please refer to the specific cancellation policy for that rate, as it may be slightly different)
Can I stay at your property if I am 18 years old? Yes, anyone whom is 18 years or older may rent The House. Anyone that is under the age of 17, must be with a parent or guardian. Any guest under the age of 25 will be subject to an additional security deposit. The security deposit will be refundable upon checkout, provided there are no damages, incidentals, or evictions.
Do you have a pool onsite? Yes, we have an Outdoor Pool.
We came down to OC for Bike Week with 8 of our friends and stayed in the Madison House. What a perfect spot ! Walking distance from the boardwalk, beach, and majority of events we wanted to attend. The set up was great, very clean- 3 bedrooms, large family/dining/kitchen area. And the front porch was perfect for hanging out, watching the bikes drive by. I must say this is the best place in OC MD to stay. I have reported this before and will keep doing until the end of days. The rooms are clean and the service is great. You are only about 50 yards from the main part of the boardwalk and the prices are awesome. if you ever get a chance to take more than 5 people, look into renting the house for a week. We stayed in the house 2 years in a row and it sleeps up to 8-10 with no issues and is great for space and saving money on eating out. …
Rented the house for Sunfest and we have in the past along with the normal rooms during the summer. I would ** 100% recommended** Madison Beach to anyone who wants to stay in OC MD. Great price and the best staff. I look forward to 2016 and a great place to stay.
