About Madison Beach Motel

The Madison Beach Motel is the first Motel to greet you as you enter into beautiful Ocean City, MD!! Our motel is a long-time favorite for many Ocean City visitors, mostly because of the extremely convenient location just a 1/2 block from the famous Boardwalk and beautiful beaches, you’ll be splashing in the ocean within minutes.

There’s no need to drive to the fun or waste time searching for parking when you are a guest at the Madison Beach. We’re just a quick 5-minute walk to fun locations such as Trimper’s Rides & Amusement, Jolly Rogers at the Pier, Marty’s Playland and Sportland Arcade.

Experience the array of Boardwalk foods such as a bucket of Thrashers French Fries, a delicious Atlantic Stand burger, yummy Caruso Pizza or even a hand dipped Dumser’s Dairyland ice cream!

The Tanger Outlets are within 5 minutes, the wild ponies of Assateague are within 20 minutes, the Casino at Ocean Downs is approximately 15 minutes away, we just can’t list it all!

FAQs

What time is Check In and Check Out? Check In: 4:00 PM and Check Out: 11:00 AM. If you arrive early we can give you parking passes, access to our changing room and set up a text alert. If your room becomes ready prior to 4:00 PM, you will be notified and we can check you in early. Late checkouts are subject to availability on your departure date.
How many parking spaces do I receive? 1 parking space per room is available at check in. There is nearby free street parking for additional vehicles.
Does your hotel allow pets? No pets allowed
Does your hotel allow smoking? Our hotel is 100% Non-Smoking, those guests whom are caught smoking in the hotel room will be assessed a $250.00 smoking fee.
Do you have an elevator? No. You may request a first-floor room on your reservation. Please note that requests cannot be guaranteed until the day of arrival.
Is Wi-Fi complimentary? Yes.
How close is your hotel to the beach and the boardwalk? Madison Beach is located just one block to the beach and boardwalk.
What is your deposit policy? A deposit will be charged at the time of booking, totaling the first night room and tax. (Please note, if booking a promotional rate, please refer to the deposit requirements for that rate, as they may be different)
What methods of payment do you accept? Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Cash. If paying with cash there is a $150.00 Security Deposit. The security deposit will be refundable upon checkout, provided there are no damages, incidentals, or evictions.**
What is your cancellation policy? If a reservation is cancelled at least 1 days before the arrival date you will receive a full refund of your advance deposit (if booking directly with the motel). If you cancel within the 1-day arrival window, you will lose 100% of the advance deposit. (Please note, if booking a promotional rate, please refer to the specific cancellation policy for that rate, as it may be slightly different)
Can I stay at your property if I am 18 years old? Yes, anyone whom is 18 years or older may rent a room at our property. Anyone that is under the age of 17, must be with a parent or guardian. Any guest under the age of 25 will be subject to an additional security deposit. The security deposit will be refundable upon checkout, provided there are no damages, incidentals, or evictions.
Do you have a pool onsite? Yes, we have an Outdoor Pool.

The room was clean, the AC was cold, and it met my expectations. I expected an old school, OC Beach motel and that is exactly what I got. The staff were all friendly, the guests surrounding my room were nice and it was a great location. The shower is tiny, but that is to be expected in a motel of that era. If I needed to come back for another quick trip, I would stay at Madison Beach Motel again and that is the **highest **compliment.

This hotel is exactly as others have described. GREAT location, friendly staff and clean. This is an older motel and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of a modern hotel. We came for a quick midweek get away and ended up staying an additional night. The room was clean, air conditioner worked, it was quiet at night (we even had a room of younger guys staying next door). Rooms are small but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

The staff is the very best in Ocean City. I stay here two different weeks a year. they don’t get no better than Deborah , Joe, and Felecia. The staff in the office are awesome as well. The rooms are clean and anything you ask for you get. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone.

Another great trip to ocean city! Cant beat madison beach motel prices and location! And i love that we can still keep our car parked there even after we check out ! We dont move our car the whole time we are there. Everything in walking distance. Im sorry i forgot his name but our housekeeper was outstanding always in the area to help us. Cant wait to return in 2018!

I must say this is the best place in OC MD to stay. I have reported this before and will keep doing until the end of days. The rooms are clean and the service is great. You are only about 50 yards from the main part of the boardwalk and the prices are awesome. if you ever get a chance to take more than 5 people, look into renting the house for a week. We stayed in the house 2 years in a row and it sleeps up to 8-10 with no issues and is great for space and saving money on eating out. …

Nice little place a block off the boardwalk. Very clean, extremely friendly staff, nice pool , WI-FI, and a great location. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. All things considered, I would book here again!
