Kokomo Suites is located in the heart of Ocean City, a few blocks South you’ll find amazing sunsets and outdoor dining at Fagers Island on 60th Street or enjoy a quality Dough Roller pizza on 69th Street. Mid-town Ocean City also offers lots of fun activities for families or even the big kid at heart.     No, however you may reserve a first-floor room type on your reservation, as it is a specific room type which guarantees first-floor.

  6. Is Wi-Fi complimentary?
    Yes.

  7. How close is your hotel to the beach and the boardwalk?
    Kokomo Suites is located just a half block to the beach and approximately 3 miles to the boardwalk.

  8. What is your deposit policy?
    A deposit will be charged at the time of booking, totaling the first night room and applicable fees.

  9. What methods of payment do you accept?
    ** Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Cash an additional $50 incidental hold is placed on each card at the time of check in, and released upon check out provided there are no damages, incidentals, or evictions.**

  10. What is your cancellation policy?
    If a reservation is canceled at least 3 days before the arrival date you will receive a full refund of your advance deposit(if booking directly through the hotel). If you cancel within the 3-day arrival window, you will lose 100% of the advance deposit.

  11. Can I stay at your property if I am 18 years old?
    Yes, anyone whom is 18 years or older may stay at our property. Anyone that is under the age of 17, must be with a parent or guardian. Any guest under the age of 25 will be subject to an additional security deposit. The security deposit will be refundable upon checkout, provided there are no damages, incidentals, or evictions.
