What time is Check In and Check Out? Check In: 4:00 PM and Check Out: 11:00 AM. If you arrive early we can give you parking passes, access to our changing room and set up a text alert. If your room becomes ready prior to 4:00 PM, you will be notified and we can check you in early. Late checkouts are subject to availability on your departure date.

How many parking spaces do I receive? 1 parking space per room is available at check in. There is nearby free street parking for additional vehicles.

Does your hotel allow pets? No pets allowed

Does your hotel allow smoking? Our hotel is 100% Non-Smoking, those guests whom are caught smoking in the hotel room will be assessed a $250.00 smoking fee.

Do you have an elevator? No. You may request a first-floor room on your reservation. Please note that requests cannot be guaranteed until the day of arrival.

Is Wi-Fi complimentary? Yes.

How close is your hotel to the beach and the boardwalk? Madison Beach Bayside is located just one and a half blocks to the beach and boardwalk. The address is 2 St Louis Ave

What is your deposit policy? A deposit will be charged at the time of booking, totaling the first night room and tax. (Please note, if booking a promotional rate, please refer to the deposit requirements for that rate, as they may be different)

What methods of payment do you accept? Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Cash. If paying with cash there is a $150.00 Security Deposit. The security deposit will be refundable upon checkout, provided there are no damages, incidentals, or evictions.**

What is your cancellation policy? If a reservation is cancelled at least 1 days before the arrival date you will receive a full refund of your advance deposit(if booking directly with the hotel). If you cancel within the 1-day arrival window, you will lose 100% of the advance deposit. (Please note, if booking a promotional rate, please refer to the specific cancellation policy for that rate, as it may be slightly different)

Can I stay at your property if I am 18 years old? Yes, anyone whom is 18 years or older may rent a room at our property. Anyone that is under the age of 17, must be with a parent or guardian. Any guest under the age of 25 will be subject to an additional security deposit. The security deposit will be refundable upon checkout, provided there are no damages, incidentals, or evictions.

Do you have a pool onsite? Yes, we have an Outdoor Pool which is located at Madison Beach Motel (9 N. Baltimore Ave).
